Double Shark Scholarship
Simmons alumnae/i, want to advance your career or move into a new field? With the new Double Shark Scholarship, Simmons makes it easy and affordable!
Dive Back Into Simmons!
Simmons is excited to announce the launch of the Double Shark Scholarship! Simmons alumnae/i with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree will be automatically awarded the Double Shark Scholarship when enrolling into an eligible Simmons graduate degree or certificate program. Following admission, your scholarship letter will detail the significant savings you will receive — up to 20% tuition savings — when you return to Simmons for a second degree.
There is no special application required for the Double Shark Scholarship, and the admission team will work closely with you to streamline the application process as much as possible. Reach out to your admission counselor for details!
Please note, institutional scholarships may not be combined. If a student is awarded more than one scholarship from the university, the scholarship with the higher value will be applied. Those completing accelerated undergraduate to graduate Simmons programs (i.e. 3+1, 4+1, 3+3) do not qualify for the Double Shark Scholarship. The Double Shark Scholarship can only begin to be dispersed following the alum’s completion of an initial Simmons degree program. The Double Shark Scholarship amount is based upon the graduate tuition cost per credit at the time the alum applies to the graduate program. Students matriculating into a graduate program beginning in the 2023-2024 academic year are eligible for the award, and it cannot be applied retroactively.
